Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of terms

By using zellosdesign.com or engaging Zellos Design, LLP ("Zellos Design", "we", "us"), you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Services

We provide logo design, visual identity, web design, web development, UX & UI, SEO, social media management and performance marketing. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline and fees for your project are defined in the quote or proposal we agree with you.

3. Quotes & payment

Prices are quoted per project and are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Invoices are payable according to the schedule in your proposal. Work may be paused if invoices are overdue.

4. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, necessary content and access (brand assets, accounts, credentials), and to give feedback and approvals within a reasonable time. Delays in these may shift project timelines.

5. Revisions

Each proposal includes an agreed number of revision rounds. Additional revisions are billed at our standard rates.

6. Intellectual property

On full payment, you own the final deliverables created for your project. We retain ownership of preliminary work, working files, and our processes. We may display completed work in our portfolio and case studies unless you ask us in writing not to.

7. Third-party tools & services

Projects may use third-party tools (such as Cal.com, Google Fonts, analytics, and hosting platforms) that are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or changes.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep non-public business information confidential during and after the engagement.

9. Limitation of liability

Our services are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the relevant project.

10. Termination

Either party may end an engagement with written notice. You pay for work completed to date, and we deliver work completed up to the termination date.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts in India have exclusive jurisdiction.
