Zellos Design, LLP ("Zellos Design", "we", "us") is a design studio based in India providing logo design, visual identity, web design, web development, UX & UI, SEO, social media management, and performance marketing services. This policy explains how personal information is handled on zellosdesign.com.

• Lead & enquiry data — when you contact us through the form or email: first and last name, company email, phone number, company name, website URL, the services you're interested in, and any description of your goals or challenges you choose to share.
• Booking data — discovery calls booked through our scheduling tool (Cal.com) are processed by Cal.com under their own privacy policy.
• Usage data — Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager help us understand how visitors use the site (pages visited, device/browser type, approximate location, referral source), aggregated and not personally identifying.
• Cookies — used for analytics and site functionality; you can disable them in your browser and the site remains usable.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to respond to enquiries and prepare for calls you book with us; provide quotes, proposals and the services you engage us for; communicate about ongoing projects, invoices and support; improve the website and understand which services interest visitors; and send information you have asked for. We never sell your personal information or use it for unsolicited marketing.

4. Legal basis

We process your information based on your consent (when you submit the form or accept cookies), performance of a contract (when you engage our services), and legitimate interest (site analytics and security). Visitors from the EU/UK are protected under the GDPR; visitors in India under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting project, and up to 24 months after our last contact. Client project records are kept as required for business and tax purposes.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures (HTTPS, access controls) to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
