We built Cohabit from research to reality. Deep-dive surveys and interviews with real roommates shaped personas and journeys. Sticky-note ideation mapped admin and roommate flows: camera-powered profiles, haptic feedback, role-based permissions, even a snappy logout button. A design system and prototyping brought it all together, tested with real users at every step.
